Preparation of the largest investment project in BRNO

For the city of Brno, we provide comprehensive consultancy in preparation for the construction and long-term operation of a new multifunctional hall for 13 thousand spectators.

We have prepared a business plan for the hall, a funding gap analysis and assistance for the approval of public support for the project at the European Commission. We also provided expertise in the development of concession documentation and in the selection of a private operator, and last but not least, we ensure the financing of the entire project in amount of about EUR 90 million.
