Advising the European investment company Cube Infrastructure Managers (Cube) in the acquisition of 100% of MVV Energie CZ through the investment fund Cube Infrastructure Fund III. The energy group MVV Energie CZ (now ENETIQA) supplies thermal and electrical energy to customers in 15 cities in the Czech Republic and is one of Czech leaders in this field.
BridgeWater
Complex economic advisory for Topelex in regard to acquisition of 70% stake in the company BRIDGEWATER focused on HR services in IT, including securing acquisition financing, and subsequent sale to Titans Freelancers two years later.
EDUA Group
Advisory services to Solotron in its acquisition of 100 % of EDUA Group, which belongs to the biggest Czech education groups with the focus on language and managerial education. Caledonian school, Tutor and Top Vision are the brands of EDUA Group. The advisory included acquisition financing arrangement.
Pöyry
Advisory services to Safichem Group in its acquisition of 95 % of Pöyry Environment, a.s. (today AQUATIS) from Finish Pöyry Group (traded at Helsinki Stock Exchange). The company provides design & engineering services in water sector – sewage disposal plants, water supply systems, dams, etc.
Pile Elbud
Advisory services to ASE Group in its acquisition of the majority in Polish Pile Elbud S.A., which focuses on complex design-engineering-supply activities for transmission of electricity (distribution/transmission) and telecommunication clients. The advisory included acquisition financing arrangement.
