We, at NEWTON Business Development, a Prague based member of Pandion Partners, closed 4 Corporate Finance transactions last year. We advised our clients in:
- Sale of majority stake in a real estate residential project in Luhačovice to EQCA Group
- Sale of 100% stake in TECHSYS – HW a SW, a.s. to ČEZ ESCO
- Refinancing of an acquisition loan by ČSOB – for a photovoltaic plant Topelex Enerco
- Bank loan financing by Česká spořitelna for ETW
Thus, we have reached about 40 transactions worth more than EUR 500 million in our history.
At Pandion Partners level, our valuable members closed about 50 transactions worth more than EUR 400 million in 2025.
