Last year 2025 was for our advisory boutique NEWTON Business Development in the light of Concessions/PPP projects restart, once we have advised on 9 Concessions/PPP projects, which have been in tender preparation or tendering phase.
Their total concession value is about EUR 2 billion with EUR 857m CAPEX value in following main segments:
– Affordable Housing
– Elderly Care Homes
– Leisure
– Catering Services
Moreover, we have analysed and advised 33 other Public Infrastructure projects for our public clients like City of Brno, ARENA BRNO, State Fund for Promotion of Investment, City of Olomouc, Ostrava Jih District, Prague Development Company, City of Pardubice, University Hospital Brno, Neratovice, Ždár nad Sázavou, Poděbrady, Kuřim and next ones.
